Customer-specific goods: Contact us before manufacturing starts. Once specifications are approved and manufacturing begins, the request is assessed under applicable rights. No cancellation charge that was not disclosed in advance is imposed. Any lawful deduction or cancellation charge must be approved and disclosed before contracting; mandatory rights remain.
